Scholarship & Payment Options
Scholarships:
We recommend attendees check out: Grants | FundsforWriters to see if you are eligible for grants or scholarships.
Payments:
In full: Attendees can pay in-full through our website using Visa or Mastercard.
Installments: The SNHU Alumni Retreat team will accept up to five installment payments using cash, check, money order, or Venmo. Email megplaisted@gmail.com for address or Venmo information. A $25.00 fee is assessed for bad checks. Final payment is due on 1 February 2027.
Cancellation Policies:
Registration for our SNHU Alumni Retreat constitutes an agreement to our terms and conditions, so please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Cancellations made prior to 1 January 2027 will receive a full refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.
Cancellations made between 1 January, and 1 February 2027 will receive a 75% refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.
Cancellations made between 1 February, and 1 April 2027 will receive a 25% refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.
Cancellations made after 1 April 2027 cannot be refunded.
However, if the Mountainview MFA Alumni Retreat team is able to fill the canceled room with someone from the waitlist, the person who canceled will receive a full refund, less Square, Visa, and/or Mastercard fees.
Retreat Cancellation:
The retreat has an enrollment of 12 alumni. If the enrollment is not met by 1 February 2027, the retreat will be canceled. If the retreat is canceled by the Mountainview MFA Alumni Retreat team for any reason, all registrants will receive full refunds.
